My original code did not spam the hud message. It only showed up when you changed the cvar to on or off. I will test Alka's pcvars fix and see if it does it on that.

If there are any bugs can you guys let me know? Btw I think that if a plugin works and its optimized well enough to not make any lag we should not have any problems =) I will try pcvars in the next...

Alright. That might take awhile and sorry if this isnt the most accurate way of coding this its my first plugin. It still works though and does not lag the server... from what I have tested.
