There's no whitelist / blacklist in Calladmin. It's better to ban these players for a day. Calladmin abuse is a ban reason in my SourceBans :)

Localhost? Try something like sm_calladmin_ts3_url "http://www.domain.de/calladmin" or sm_calladmin_ts3_url "http://IPOFYOURWEBSERVER/calladmin"

Yes, it was already asked, but you did not add any color support like in dice_sm from Popoklopsi. In this Plugin it's very simple to edit colors in translation files.
