I can't get the sounds to download to the clients. I unzipped everything to thier proper places. the plugin is loaded cause I see it in hlsw and upon connecting to the server i see the !quake...

Actually I think if you have HLstatsX for your server it will do that. I have HLstatsX and thats exactly what it does. You can connect to my server and see if it's the exact one that you're talking...
