Owners, Full Admin, Basic Admin, Member

the "basic admin" group can use all sm commands in console...

There was a half decent feature of this in mani, which I haven't seen anyone attempt to code for SourceMod. It wouldn't be necessary to have, but it spices things up every now and then on the server....

I'm trying to find a plugin to display killer/victim stats, but I wish to keep the same accuracy that toby's plugin...

a note for hlstatsx users, when using the !servers cmd, a window will pop up and show you a list of servers set in hlstatsx

kinda nice in a way, cuz it shows you which are populated
