Those logs don't say anything about your issue. Check if everything is correctly installed and give the whole log from your server.

So the reason is not the points then... The plugin is not even running, you should check the logs when you try to start the server so with that you can see what's the problem with the PUBNite_Main...

I've been thinking about that item some weeks ago as well, that's a good thing to add to the mod since I almost haven't got any big issues to fix so the only thing I need to touch on the mod anymore...
