As I said , the rpoblem is not my server.
Shadow has the same problem on BONZ servers.
BONZ servers have no plugins , no metamod and amx.
Only my server has metamod-p and amx mod x from all GC...

If it is STEAM_ID_LAN he has a non-steam version of the game and for sure your server is using dproto or other things to make it work for non-steamers.

It always works by steamid and we are not supporting non-steam servers here.
You could be banned from this forum for using dproto or ther things to makes your server non-steam + steam....

Not sure about that, NH had a plugin for voting maps that could be used by everyone so it can be a plugin , or just an amx command in the console which only works for admins.

The plugin works fine on my gunman server , dunno why ti doesn't on HL too.
I still ahven't tested it on CS as my cs server is down as after the hl update gamecp is still udpating with the old tool.
