Fixed it a bit later... with some other help. :D

I let someone else add reHLDS on my server and they failed it seems, I did not see any reHLDS anywhere and I did not bother to check for this, then...

It's stupid, just because its 47+48 it means both steam and non-steam can join; most of my server is steam on, I paid for steam and pay for server host and boost monthly; I can make it steam-only but...
