Sourceban kicks=bans

when somebody gets kicked from the server it bans them but the ban doesnt show in bans on sourcebans. its some kind of error that i need fixed if anyone has any idea let me know

Disable Teleporting which causes crashing

im making a hvh server but when people teleport it crashes the server. does anybody have a plugin that disables the teleporting so my server doesnt crash
