Extension connect.ext.2.css.so caused the client not to receive a steam ID

in started tos earch in extensions and it was file called connect.ext.2.css.so
after deleting everything is oK!

No Admin Access in SM

So

I searched whole forum and didn't find solution :(
For unknown for me reason i do not have access to !admin command.

I have sourcebans but there is no errors in logs, it propertly adding...

27015 is open in firewall both tcp/udp

my server.cfg is empty, only hostname "test"

i tired puting file .bsp.bz2 in:

cstrike/maps when sv_downloadurl_bz2folder...

What i done:
1. installed plugin also with webcon extension.
2. added sv_downloadurl "http://146.x.x.x/fastdl" to server.cfg...

Round Start, Ct is full blinded and freeze for 40 seconds, Terrorist have low gravity...
