i launch my server with scrds.exe so when i put my ip in datebase the scrds stuck on

there is problem with the connection to datebase, all time i get this message "Can't connect to MySQL server on "xxxxxxx" (xxxxx the ip)

gunxpmod.sp - inside scripts folder
gunxpmod.txt + colors.txt - inside include folder
gunxpmod.cfg - inside cfg\sourcemod

but i didnt do...
