it says this : 16 <Failed> "tf2nades" (1.0.0.7) by L. Duke

i am guessing the <Failed> is the problem, how do i fix this?

also if i type rcon sm plugins load tf2nades it says [SM] Plugin...

help!!
the plugin isn't working at all for me.
I have put the .smx file in /srcds_l/orangebox/tf/addons/sourcemod/plugins and the materials and models in their locations but when I join my server...
