TF2 Server tunrs off right after it turns on

Im having a problem where i try to run my server but as soon as it loads it sends itself a quit command. I need help.

I have no idea about anything there exept the cfg files... I need help about MySQL,databases.cfg and how to do all of that :(

The plugin doesn't work in the newest version of sourcemod... :salty:
