Need help with custom models

So i would like to have custom models and have you able to buy them from Zephyrus store menu but i don't know how to add it. What i would like to know:

Don't know how to explain this but when i set "!" to be the SilentChatTrigger it doesn't work and you see as a example: !admin in the chat but when i set the SilentChatTrigger to be "/" or anything...

yes but i had the same Gamemode_server config when the server was working so it can't be the problem since it hasn't been changed in anyway. but if you want i can still try.
