You can use a semi-colon between commands, but AFAIK there's no way to set multiple cvars.

I disabled the sv_setsteamaccount command and can now use workshop maps. Win!(?)

I've used workshop maps on my server successfully for many months, but this weekend tried to add two new ones. Both failed with the same error;

[TF Workshop] Map download failed with result 16 [...

I've also noticed that with the hook enabled on the server, if you go into then out of friendly mode, the hook is still unusable. Suicide doesn't work - I had to quit the server and rejoin to get it...
