Yeah that should do it.
As I don't know too much about CVARS itself I tend to copy and paste what the authors write on this forum.
It makes sense now what you wrote and should do the trick.

I have this all in my CVAR, not sure if something should have been taken out or not but I just copied and paste it.
Yet somehow when I join there's the spectating menu, before choosing that I make...

allow_spectators 0 (change to 1 to enable spectators in general)
But does this plugin force the server to allow admins to go into spec?
Or does it have to be enabled in the server.cfg, in which...
