oh...again..too tired. i set sv_maxcmdrate 100 and now it's ok.

in server.cfg i have
sv_maxrate 25000
sv_minrate 15000
sv_maxupdaterate 100
sv_minupdaterate 95
sv_cmdrate 100
sv_mindcmdrate 95

ooo you are right.

i read the tickrate and rates tutorial from whisper ausgamers two times..but beeing tired from born i didnt notice "rate overides stuff".

could be done a small modification of this plugin? what i want is that players don't have specific rate, cl_cmdrate and cl_updaterate they get transfered to spectators and a message being showed :...
