you can either use the the Maxximou5's dm beta which includes the config loader

or use config loader for the default version of his dm...

as you can see in the first line Required extension "REST in Pawn" file("rip.ext") not running
you need to install REST in Pawn extension
download from here...

you have to use this extension https://github.com/Accelerator74/GeoIP2 which uses new database format from MaxMind .mmdb
then download and use the latest database file from here...
