smoke123 have a look inside the deathmatch.ini file, there are some color settings in there. Hope thats what you need, i dont have this installed i just checked out the code is all.

Well it appears this lag has corrected itself, the server company did some changes, but either it took awhile to propagate or it just fixed itself, which is not unheard of from what im hearing from...

Dusty, it depends on the server host. With gameservers you dont have to do anything, if it is set up correctly using their forms then the maps will just load from the workshop.
