This extension is rather old, so it still uses an "ep2v" build from before that SDK split into separate "hl2mp", "tf2", and "dods" builds.

You appear to have downloaded and installed the Windows download of MM:S, you'll need to grab the Linux download and install that instead.

Here's a couple of things to try:

1) Look in `dods/dod/` for a `metamod_fatal.log`
2) Run `find addons/metamod/ -type f` in `dods/dod/` and post the ouput
3) Run `plugin_load...

A lot of these maps have just broken over the years with all the engine updates. I really miss a lot of singe's HL2:DM maps that now cause server crashes for the same reason - you've just got to fix...

The plugins shipped with SourceMod are intentionally minimal and meant for the vast majority of servers - if the basic plugins do not do what you're after you are absolutely expected to replace them...

Core gamedata updates are automatically pushed to supported branches of SourceMod, so 1.10 and 1.11 got the SM gamedata changes done by ProdigySim automatically shortly after the game update was...

The error is not misleading, you are running a build of MM:S 1.10, the extension build you’re trying to load requires MM:S 1.11.

Both your crashes are caused by the server apparently running out of memory (probably due to approaching the 3.8GB limit), you can see the messages in the "Raw" view of Accelerator.
