Auto map change

Hi everyone,
I would like to request plugin for auto changing map if there are under 6-7 players on the server.

So i want to contain cvar for:
-Minimum players on the server
-Time to check for...

Yeah.... I want to give deagles for all players..... My server is DM but only deagle in menu.... now i want do disable menu and put plugin which will give Deagle to all players....

Default maps are OK.... but: jail_especial_v2, jail_desert, jail_phoneix de_tuscan (on my Pub srw) with this maps is the problem..... All New maps can't put on the server...... sv_allowdownload is 1...

I had problems with maps on the server...... Almost every map that I'll put the server exits : Couldn't Connect to server..... The problem is with the server because on my own server (Lan) maps are...
