It's better to generate one, most maps don't come with NAV file.
Just type nav_generate on the chosen map and wait for the process. Generally you don't want to do that manually for every map.

I just tested the fixed version and both lunge and slam work work correctly when the boss is in red team and BvB is active.

Hm, I'm not sure what went wrong. Abilities do not work correctly when the boss is in Red team only?

From my experience this is mostly wrong, as most subplugins don't check the prefix of the map. If there's some subplugin that won't work on certain maps(non-arena), then It probably does something...

The problem would have been fixed by now If you have provided us with enough information about your issue. Send the error logs, the content of seeman.cfg and seedier.cfg. Also the FF2 cvar values.
