An extremely minor patch has been released: GunGame 2.13b. It includes a fix for gg_winner_motd 2 and allows you to use longer server IP addresses in your SQL tables. The changelog can be seen here...

How teamplay works is it takes # of players on team and multiplies it by gg_kills_per_lvl. You can set gg_kills_per_lvl in gungame.cfg

daniel1296: One way I think you can do it is to use CSDM's FFA plugin (or possibly another FFA plugin, if they exist) and set gg_tk_penalty to -1 so GunGame won't penalize team kills.
