[CSGO] Rotating DM weapons plugin

Looking for a plugin that rotates the weapons allowed every 20 minutes on the same map.
example:

Rifles - 20 minutes
Pistols - 20 minutes
Headshots only - 20 minutes

So i opened new servers on a box and those servers are working fine with WS, KNIFE, and PTAH + SM and MM
Every one of my old servers didnt work, after wiping them through NFO panel, and reuploading...

I can also be the source to this, as a server operator who used WS since 2015, they no longer ban tokens.

For some reason using Spider Sourcepawn compiler comes back with an error finding steamworks, can you fix?
