After gamedata update, cksurf is still broken when I enable bots and server crashes, disabled them earlier this morning and didn't crash all day till I enabled it.

Could you try disabling the cksurf chat processor/ranks? Someone said earlier to disable nick changing things, so cksurfs titles could be an issue?

Confirmed that all my servers updated to the new sourcemod build work with no crashes so far, did the fix with MOTD to put sm_cvars and sv_disable_motd 0 and it seemed to work, though I haven't been...

Exactly what the guy above me said, including this, if this was even feesable, why have none of the top 1000 CSGO community servers not fixed it yet.
