I've just updated this to the latest version (3.5.0) on my TF2 servers, and the plugin is no longer creating logs, despite having the following cvars set:

sm_afk_log_days "3"
sm_afk_log_kicks "1"...

The AFK manager seems a bit overzealous. it starts its 25 second countdown during the 60 second setup time.
