yes I did this already and set it to 21 (for 24 slot server).
but I also have to keep it balanced if there are only ~ 8 players so they don't get kicked that fast because the server needs to be...

I've just checked all cmd manually via console and they give me the correct output for example:
I say sm_afk_log_kicks in console.
I get sm_afk_log_kicks "0" as output.

is there a way to completly disable afk log ?
I've disabled all logs in afk config and set it to 1 day -> remove files.

I'd like to test your afk manager instead of the build in TF2 afk manager but before I will test it I'd like to know what I should do with these commands and if they could affect the gameplay?...
