wait one minute after the map changes and you should be able to buy exp, it also disabled a minute or so before mapchange to avoid problems with the vault file

thats not true. i had 75 heroes + plugins well over 100 and it worked fine. after i went through and removed 10 heroes to cut them down, the server started acting up. i managed to fix the problem...

1) i used the -verify_all and it still screwed it up to the point i had to reinstall.
2) i installed 1.6 and it didnt fix the problem, not all my plugins will work with 1.6 so id rather stay to 1.01...
