Set it up exactly the same as hlds(Same with fastdl) . I have it running on my servers

I also attached the file, incase the indenting gets messed up.
You dont need to add the default values to each sound. also for "text" you dont need to make it the trigger word, if you want the...

anyone having trouble with the download threshold not working. clients download all the sounds on their first connect no matter what its set to.
