Re: Gamedata path

You need to set the path of AMXX in your server command line with +localinfo and 'amxx_cfg' key.

Re: Weapon Restrictions dont work

Restrict Weapons plugin is only restricting on buy (for now). Your players get likely the shield in another way. The attached plugin above restricts in all context.

Re: [REQ] menu proprieties

@Depresie what is your reason/usage to hide the current page/max page? It should be displayed only when you have multiple pages. Is it because you want to format yourself? Others reasons?

Re: [ISSUE][AMXX + REGAME] get_gamerules_*

AMXX can't reasonably track and add exceptions all the time. To start, this is ReGameDLL fault to not keep backward compatibility with the original game and potentially breaking AMXX. Though here...

Re: [ISSUE][AMXX + REGAME] get_gamerules_*

Kind of silly to add new members at this place :/.

If you go with customizing the gamedata, you should duplicate the concerned files in /gamadata/custom/ directory, and keeping its directories...

Re: a small question: fgets or read_file, which is faster?

read_file/write_file are just inefficient if you need to process them more than one time at once.

Re: [ISSUE][AMXX + REGAME] get_gamerules_*

As said Klippy, it should work. It doesn't matter if the name has changed as long the position (offset) is the same. Check with and without ReGameDLL in the same context, or try to use ReAPI just to...

Re: [ISSUE][AMXX + REGAME] get_gamerules_*

^ this and if you're using ReGameDLL, you should probably use ReAPI module instead, there is less chance you face a wrong offset since it has been designed to work directly with ReGameDLL. In AMXX,...

Re: amxx 1.8.3 code crash

An immediate solution for this context (when a player is not yet fully joined) is to set "m_iMenu" offset to 0 before calling show_menu().

For AMXX, we need a more generic solution.

Re: amxx 1.8.3 code crash

A stack error in this context is likely caused by an infinite loop.

I can reproduce it with this code:

#include <amxmodx>

public plugin_init()

Re: GeoIP module?

This "Could not find GeoIP2 databases. Disabled natives" message is from the dev version. You should have said that you're using GeoIP+ module (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=95665)....

Re: GeoIP module?

I don't understand what you're trying to ask.

You need either GeoLite2-Country.mmdb (which is provided by default, or downloadable) or GeoLite2-City.mmdb (downloadable) if you want to use all the...

Re: GeoIP module?

It means what it says. It can't find the database.

Long short story, you did not upgrade properly to amxx dev version and forgot to upload data/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb which is the new file used....

Re: amxx 1.8.3 code crash

Can you try the latest build?

Mysql module should now keep the same glibc requirement as before. Don't forget you need to stop your server before.

Re: amxx 1.8.3 code crash

Yes, recently mysql has been updated to 5.5 (https://github.com/alliedmodders/amxmodx/pull/466) (which is still quite old) from 5.0 (windows) or 5.1 (linux) and glibc requirement to 2.12 from 2.3.

In /configs, you should update hamdata.ini. The others files, it should be fine to leave as it is. There are things which have...

Re: Map Spawns Editor v1.0 update [2006-10-23]

How to do you reproduce exactly the problem?

Just tried with git5143+, adding spawns, and no crash.
