Couldnt test it let but it looks like it should work, and doing it like this gives you control over admin bans for the reason so you dont have Admin 1 banning some one for 30 mins and Admin 2 banning...

Admin flag is set to Custom1, you can us admin_overrides.txt to change it to a different one if you need to.
