found some sxe injected 3.9 supposed to be an anticheat program but have yet to figure out what/how it works exactly.. most of the sites that have info on it are non-english

the sv_minrate and maxrate wont really affect the fps of the server best they will do is maybe give you smoother play.. the usual max is 100 or 101 and minrate good to keep at 10-20

he changed the tic rate on the server.. the only downside is that gameservers.com limits fps so not sure if its actually that boosted..

All server configs are the same.. you can get great performance from a plain default cfg.. But more or less the way the server regs/lags/pings is all depending on what the server host is running the...
