if you have the sounds "us_winspgia.mp3" and "german_winspgia.mp3"
in the folder "/orangebox/dod/sound/ambient/" on your gameserver
(and on your webspace if you use fastdownloading) then it is...

You have the default victory songs in your config file, so it will
just play the default music.

The plugin works fine, lot's of people use it (including myself),
you just have to configure it...
