Solved in IRC SaberUK told me to set mp_idledealmethod to 0 or set mp_idlemaxtime to 20 and worked ;)

I moved zombiereloaded.smx to disabled but still not working and, i made 1 more test with the other server i put he on the 27016 port, lol worked fine!:shock:
WT#$ its going on ? the server browser...

I have 2 servers 1 its running whell on port 27015 and the other its the ZR in the 27016 when i change the ZR to 27015 it still doesnt work and the other server run perfect on 27015, i set my router...
