and into cmd_HL1_listmaps add something like

Vet has right. After update, you CANT use quotes on banid command. I think Amxx developers should consider fix this on core plugins like admincmd etc..

Anyway, I try again say admins, and not work (CVAR is defined on amxx.cfg). I think this is because:
if( containi(icqcontact, "@") != -1 )
