Why do you want to import that? SourceBans is importing that, while you're installing it..


[...]use near '{prefix}actions[...]
As you can see, {prefix} is a variable for php stuff :P

Uhm, root...
I think it's not working, because apache runs on www-data, but your files are root. The files also need to be www-data
