Not sure if its same thing, but was with one I tested

To get a group small-Steam-group-id :
Substract 103582791429521408 from that value. The result is the small-Steam-group-id value.

If you're talking about CSGO, recent update should have fixed it, increase sv_delta_entity_full_buffer_size (goes up to 256kb) if you still get it

Do what ChaosX and OSWO suggested also change for loops to for(int slot = 1; slot <= 4; slot++) since you don't check for or use the value 0
