I realize this, but how would I know if I have that problem if sb does not log IPs? Admins cannot always be on the servers. In addition, what if the banned user's IP changes? This way I can geo-trace...

Now, when banning someone on the website, you cannot enter both steamid and ip for a ban. It is just one or the other. Why was this changed?
