Check you can connect to your MySQL database using the login credentials that Sourcebans uses.

I'm using an older version of SB.

In my experience, if your admin is configured via your server and not added as an admin in the website this issue occurs.

Bans are across all servers plugged into Sourcebans.

It just displays the server the player was actually banned on.

I get this when an admin steamid isnt registered in sourcebans but is admin via configs.
