well deepening on timing of when the player presses the button it would either go down right away with the player in it or he would have enough time to get out. Right after pressing an elevator...

yep I tested it, I actually tested it recently in an rp server, so the menu part of it didnt really help much but the respawn itself works.

I dont know where you got szSpawn from because its not...

sv_blockmode is a cvar it uses if you dont understand that dont worry about it because its not important. But put that in server.cfg and either to sv_blockmode...
