I'm too interested in this. Please DISABLE Diffuse Kits for CTs & also provide DIFFUSE TIME Control via CVAR. So that CTs need more time(set in CVAR) to diffuse the C4.

But as per "fysiks" HLTV uses only 1 player bandwidth, then how come it will overload HLDS or HLTV??

If I reduce 1 slot from HLDS & allow HLTV to use that bandwidth then there should NOT be any...

I already did that(also stated in my 1st post), but NO USE.

I tried:
1) Changed the region from my original one to WORLD = NO USE
2) Added master Servers manually.................
