Unofficial ff2 is obsolete unless you do edit to sourcemod fork or unofficial ff2 fork. If you dont want to do that use rewrite https://github.com/Batfoxkid/Freak-Fortress-2-Rewrite

SM 1.10 is not usable anymore due to Vscript update, you need to update to SM 1.11 and replace various stuff into unofficial ff2 if you want to keep using it, one of the major change being replacing...

This error is caused by an error in the cfg, try checking the CFG to see if an abilities is missing
