copy and paste the files into the directory, replacing the previous ones, as you are doing, there will surely be some left out. First of all, make sure you turn off the server first.

as einstein said, if the ban was temporary it is not written to the cfg file, therefore only the permanently banned IDs will appear. where? here:

It should, but some things changed, breaking the compatibility of some functions, which is why you have problems when trying to run the mode that was probably run in previous versions... rule out...

why would you ask? Because such an update is currently problematic in terms of stability for setting up a server, you will have to use the aforementioned beta version whose support works with rehlds...

these messages are telling you that you are using a plugin or module whose functions are not present in the latest version of amxx, therefore they probably only work in 182 due to compatibility...
