our admins are donors, so obviously, that isn't going to happen. I can look at the source of the plugin and do this, i just assumed someone would have a quick answer.

i saw that steamid3 support was added in 1.5.4. does this only apply to bans or can it also apply to admins (sb_admins.authid)

currently, im taking a steamid from another place in steamid64,...

MySQL 5.0 or higher, as it states in the OP; Or search this thread for the MariaDB workaround which I posted months ago. (or upgrade to the dev version)

this was made for official sourcebans, not sourcebans++ or forks. You would need to modify the source or request support for sourcebans++.

It's not an Inno problem, it's an issue with how MariaDB supports optimizer flags. If you want to use mariadb you have to disable the adodb error handler (just comment it out) and it will work....

it's prob a firewall issue. did you check your iptables logs (or creating logging rules) verify a rule exists to open 3306? verify your mysql isn't listening on a non-standard port. the error doesnt...
