why do you use 2 LRblock vars? LRBlock and LRunblocked?

LRblock = false;

EASY FUNCTION TO ADD:

- CVAR TO CHANGE WHEN !lr IS AVAILABLE FROM ROUNDSTART (def 15 sec)

Server crash when someone tries to join the server at this point:
