Modified version that only allows admins to use. Also has the ability for admins to set others spawns as well. The default flag is b.
Tested and still working on my server, even after all updates....

Only one problem I really have with this plugin. I am not sure how you would do this but saxton hale needs FF, as well as receive FF from teammates. So everyone can kill him.
