There is no errors logs for me, I just created a new server with the only things installed being the default plugins, left4downtown, and accelerator, and it crashed on map change, and it also...

I did some testing, I removed all plugins but 2 and made sure the extension was loaded and it did not crash, I added one plugin that used it and it instantly crashed.

I am also getting the same crash on L4D2, along with me just getting a different one while typing this and it seems to be random, it happens with both Accelerator74's and Spirit_12's
