Thanks, it does indeed bottleneck my upload, when there are no horde surges the server goes along happy at around 40 to 70KB/s upload once the panic or hordes spawn then it spikes up to 115KB/s and...

Well my system really shouldnt be a problem, the server doesn't use much cpu and I can play the game while hosting a server at the same time just fine without any performance issues.
