Okay, I guess I will have to look at the source code a bit, but the first thing I notice is that it displays whenever specials connect, too. I don't really want that.

So... quick question, is there anyway to auto execute or reload plugins at server restart or map change because this seems to fix the issue but only temporarily until any changes are made to server....
