Protocol 47 Servers Finished ?

Hello All,
I am currently hosting both Steam and Non-Steam based CS 1.6 Servers.
However, there has been this problem in the Connectivity of the Servers to the Internet List

couldn't exec banned.cfg
Setmaster: Unknown command enable

Thanks to bmann 420 's help
i have made the relevant settings..
Now people with latencies of 125 and above also join.. without affecting other people's Gameplay.
