FzR, it was a CS:GO update that caused an issue. Manually compile the Beta branch from the GitHub to fix that.

chris, the first step is to configure CTBans to use the sourcebans database. If there is a sourcebans entry in your databases.cfg already then you would change your sm_ctban_database_driver convar...

We have received other reports of crashes with Hot Potato. All but one person was fixed by updating to the beta branch version.

I think these two problems are related, but I'm out of ideas on what to try except running a Steam verify command on the CS:GO server. Maybe post in SourceMod general forum to try and get more ideas...
